Good Bye Arizona!!

Well, my time here in Arizona is coming to an end, and my how fast time has gone by. When I look back at where I have been, I'm continually amazed at where the Lord has brought me. First and foremost...it was a miracle I even got into this school, considering that over 75% of the applicants were turned down and there was a two year waiting list. Then, the Lord opened the door financially...I am more determined than ever that if we just humble ourselves and seek His face, He is willing and waiting to show us the secrets of the Heavenlies and the Supernatural. The price is not always an easy one to pay, but you can rest assured that our Heavenly Father rewards those who diligently and persistently seek His face.
There are soooo many distractions that may try to grab a hold of our attention, taking our eyes off of the very One who created us in His image...but we each have a choice each and every day to follow the One who calls us His.
It's been an honor to serve Him...and it's my prayer that you find Him and the perfect will He has for your life. I do not mean to come across sounding religious, but it's just that I've seen and I've witnessed His goodness, and no one can tell me that Christ just put us here to simply "live." He put us here to have abundant life...I challenge you today, if you are not living a fulfilled life, ask Christ to come in and fill that empty space up. So many times we try filling it with materialistic things, but it leaves us wanting more...we will never be satisfied until we drink of the Living Water He so freely gives us...All we have to do is ask.

If you don't believe anything I've said, I ask that you try it for yourself...we were not put on this earth to simply survive...but we are to LIVE life to the fullest. It's possible when we forget about ourselves and what we want in OUR lives, and instead look to Christ as our example of faith and love. Step out today and believe for miracles in your life...trust Him with the unknowns of your life and watch Him put the pieces together when you surrender everything to Him. He is more than capable of taking care of everything you have need of...

It's Coming!!

It’s coming!!!

What an exciting time we live in! I truly believe we are at the peak of experiencing the breakthrough we have prayed so long for. I know that if we will commit our everything to Christ, He will come through on our behalf...He will make the mountains low and the valleys high...we will walk through the fire, the situations that present themselves to us...wanting to detour us from the plan He has for us.
If we just stay tuned to Him, His word and remember that the power of prayer is the most important thing we can do...He promises us that He will reveal to us "secret revelations"...revelations that only He can bring about. One thing I have learned while being away from everyone that I know and love...He always comes through...no matter how hard or impossible I think something is...He always makes a way. How incredible is it to know that the Creator of the Universe is madly in love with us...His creation made in His likeness.
I pray that you will begin to see Him in a new and refreshing way. Know that He is for you and when you have a heart to pursue His will and to further His kingdom...He will move your mountains and will shatter your enemies. We serve an awesome God...what an honor to be in covenant with the one and only Mighty God. Be blessed and I pray that you will seek Him stronger than you ever have before...He cannot help but run to you when you acknowledge that you are nothing without Him. He will and always meet you at your greatest need....be blessed!!

All He Is!!

All He Is

Isn't it awesome how your soul longs for the Masters touch? Longs to be changed, filled and set free from the things of this world. This is one thing I have noticed being away from everyone I know, not being in church as much as I'm used to being... with school and other obligations...but it never ceases to amaze me that the one thing I crave most is for a touch from Heaven.
I notice it most when, because of time, I do not have that special time with Him...my soul begins to long for that touch, that filling that only He can fill and satisfy. I simply do not know how everyone else does it without Him...I will be the first to tell you that I wouldn't be here if not for the saving power of Jesus Christ.
I need so much more of Him...He has become someone I have begun to pursue with a greater passion and desire. He is the greatest gift ever given to mankind and it has begun to burn in my heart to show His love to the nations...it's something that maybe I have ignored at first, but then it becomes something that cannot be contained. Isn't it awesome how He gently nudges you at first, then His nudge becomes a tug on your heart that you can't ignore anymore.
I am excited to be alive in this day and hour and I continually pray for my friends and family...knowing that when the doors of your heart become open and receptive to what He has to say...He will fill you with more of Him. The funny thing about it...once He fills you with Himself, you will always want more of Him. It's true when ministers have said, "I need you more than I did yesterday,"...I am just beginning to see the truth in that.
He is all I want and all that I need. I pray that He show Himself to you in such a way that you will know it's just from Him to you...you have such an incredible destiny...never stop believing that you already have what it takes to succeed...He has given you everything you need...now you just trust Him :) He will never let you down...allow Him to be your obsession!!!!

Amazing!!!

AMAZING :)

I am now in AZ...it's a lot warmer here that's for sure :) It's only been two weeks, but I have learned such an incredible amount...I pray that the Lord would help me retain the information :) It is a little different to be by myself...something that I have never experienced, but I am trying to take it all in as an oppurtunity to become closer to the Lord.
My time is spent studying...and that is no exaggeration. I am taking full advantage of the oppurtunities here and the courses that are being offered. The school that I am going to, it never shuts down. Their doors are open 24 hours a day in order to allow students to get their studio time in...I was amazed :) They give you everything you need in order to know the information, but they expect you to know it when called upon :) (that's always fun:)
I have learned to love people for WHO they are and not necessarily because we have something in common. I have yet to meet someone who knows Christ...and I know they're here somewhere :) The environment here is somewhat "punkish" and very "artsy"...but I have come to love the individuals there. Not because they're cool (or want to be cool), but because they themselves have such an incredible destiny on their lives...a lot of them are trudging through the everyday in order to get through the day. They are so creative...imagine what they would be like taking the Kingdom by force :) Pretty awesome to think :)
To tell you the truth, I was little overwhelmed the first couple days by the sheer eye opening material that was laid out before me...not to mention I am only one of two girls in a group of 66 guys :) Anyone feeling like the minority here? :) I know with the Lord, I am always the majority, and that is the exciting part :)
I am nothing without the Holy Spirit guiding my EVERY step...my life is meaningless unless the Holy Spirit fills my very being with Himself. You don't have to be in a place where everyone knows you, or a place you feel secure. Try living outside of your comfort zone and find out where the Lord takes you...it's pretty amazing :)
Love people for who they are, not what they do. We have all fallen short of the glory of God, but we as christians have the awesome task of taking the gospel wherever we go. If that means we go by ourselves to a place we don't know anyone...then so be it...but wherever it is, love people. God is all about souls, and I strive everyday to make a difference in someone's life. Whether it be a smile, hug or encouraging word...go for it. You all are world changers and earth shakers...don't be afraid to live outside of what you are used to :) God is full of suprises and He will never fail to amaze you...Allow Him to do it through you :)

The Voice of God

"The voice of the Lord is over the waters; the God of Glory thunders, the Lord thunders over the mighty waters.

The very God who breathed His life into your being is the same God that knows every single thing about you. From the number of hairs on your head to the situations that you face everyday...situations that remain private in your mind.
Isn't it awesome to know that our God has spoken to the things that tie us down, things that in the past have hindered the furtherment of our future?

His voice commands peace for you and for the situations you are dealing with. His voice puts to rest all who oppose you, His voice shakes the desert, a dry season in your life when things may not seem to make sense.
His voice strikes with flashes of lightening...destroying everything that presumes to exalt itself against Him.

Our God is a Mighty, Awesome God. Ready for the fight, ready for battle. This earth is not our home, but it's a battleground in which we have been chosen and called to fight. Claim nations as your inheritance and challenge every god, every situation that has dared to lay a claim in your life. Freedom is yours. Our God said so. Believe it. Walk in it. The power that is in you is the same power that raised Christ from the dead. Go ahead and believe the impossible...because with our God, anything is possible.

I scale the Mountains!

I scale the mountains...

There is a burning inside of me that I cannot ignore. I realize now more than ever...the strategic time that God has chosen for each of us to be alive. It is VITAL that we know our place, our goals and our strategy so that we may be able to take our stand against the enemy that is fighting so hard against us.
We were created for war...created to fight...created for battle.
I am created to scale the mountains...this doesn't mean I will not be wounded, because I will...I will be hurt, but I will be strategic and bold. I will tear through my enemy, my enemy will cower.
Through it all, I will be restored, I will holdl fast because the God I serve is so much greater than anything that may seem to come against me. Be encouraged my friend...hold to the truth that you know. This world has nothing to offer that would even come close to what the Lord has in store for you. We grow through our trials and tribulations to become a sharp and ready warrior...learning the tactics of our enemy, recognizing the lies that we once fell for...you were created for such a time as this.

Change?!?!?!?!

Change??

You know, God has an incredible way of changing situations that you thought were bad...into something so beautiful and grand. Many of you know that I am moving to Arizona this March...I'm completing a live sound program that will take about ten months to finish. This initially came as a totaly shock...the thought of leaving the friends and family I have made in Ohio totally threw me for a loop :) (whatever that is:) but, as always, God had a much bigger plan in mind.
This recording school is one of the top in the nation for live sound engineering. The very fact that I was accepted is accredited to the Lord. I am simply humbled beyond words to be able to be used in this capacity. It has sparked such a passion to see His message spread through-out the world...it is only the beginning of a great adventure.
So, this is the question that I ask you.
What is it that makes you passionate about life? Do you live with purpose? Do you truly believe you were created to accomplish something INCREDIBLE for the Lord?
One thing that has become so clear to me through all of this, is that no matter how great our circumstances...God is always there...He never changes. He is always good :) because He is sheer goodness. Those circumstances we go through are God's ways to show up and show out :) He longs to show His goodness to you. Immerse yourself in Him...wrap His goodness around you like a robe...allow Him to cherish you.
I challenge you, the next time something happens, someone says something...whatever it may be...allow Him to be the first voice to speak. This is not always easy, but it is always good :) It's all good :)

What in the World am I here for?

Well, many of you know that there have been some situations that have come up...causing me to re-evaluate and refocus my goals considering my schooling. While this came as a shock to me a couple weeks ago, I have since learned the awesome peace and comfort of a Saviour who wants nothing but the best for you.
While I do not know where the next step will take me, God in His awesomeness has never and will never change. How great is it to know that no matter what happens, God's promises remain the same. The things He has spoken over your life will not return to Him void...meaning that they will complete the work they were sent to accomplish.
I encourage each and everyone of you to take a step back, look at your life and ask the Lord what He wants for you.
Maybe you already know...Praise God!!! :) That's awesome. But if you don't know, that's alright to and God is more than able to meet you at your deepest need. Ask Him...He's closer than you think and He's ready to help you. Are you willing to give up past failures, habits, relationships that have taken you away from the plan He has for you? He's a God of second, third, fourth, fifth etc. chances and there is nothing you can do that will separate you from Him. Your HIS :)
I think that's so incredible to have the love of the Creator of the Universe, the One who formed you in His very image. He's so proud of you and wants you to succeed at what He's called you to do. Never think that you can accomplish this on your own...I once thought that if I had everything planned out, it would work like clockwork...one thing moves to another :) Thank God He had bigger thoughts...bigger plans. Allow Him to mold you into the person He's created you to be. Think big, think about what is possible outside of yourself...it's amazing the freedom you will begin to have :)

God and His Awesomeness!!!

Have you ever thought that you were not good enough to do a job? Write a song? Lead worship etc? This is something that I have been dealing with for a long time, and I think I have finally begun to see the light :)

I sing at my church for the first time in three years tomorrow :) I'm pretty pumped about the whole thing :) It is a song that I wrote called, "My Warrior Child," and it's a song the Lord gave me this year. It was during a difficult time and I was having a hard time seeing my way through life and what I was to expect in the coming year. Ever since I was about fifteen, I have been very careful not to let anyone come close to me...as far as relationship wise...girl or boy. I had been really hurt in the past, and I didn't want to go through it again and so my way of dealing with it, was to not deal with it at all (It doesn't work by the way:) This song is actually a love song the Lord sung over me. After I was finished writing it, I was like "I should be telling the Lord how much I love and adore Him," not the other way around. Nevertheless, the Lord kept putting these words on my heart, and so I wrote them to a tune that He gave me as well.

Never forget that you are a vital piece in this world. You have an amazing purpose and destiny, and you are an incredible individual created by God to do mighty things. Discouragement and discontentment are just a couple things that try to bump us off track, but God is always there waiting for us to come back. You are never too far for His love...He knew your name before you were born and created you to live your life to the very fullest.

If you don't know what your purpose is, know that the "plans that he has for you are for good and not for evil." He longs to show Himself to you...let Him
